Travel

Through out Canberra and Queanbeyan a minimum appointment charge of $50 is applicable. This can be made up of any combination of treatments. If your total treatment value for an appointment is less than $50 a travel fee will apply to cover the difference.

I am happy to provide beauty treatments or makeup outside this area however a travel charge may apply. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Payments

Payments can be made in Cash or bank transfer at the appointment.

A deposit may be required for groups/parties (including weddings) you will be advised of this when you book your appointment.

Patch Testing

Patch Testing is required for ALL first time Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination and Lash/Brow Tinting OR Henna Appointments.

This is non negotiable. No Patch Test, No Treatment.

The likelihood of a reaction is rare however all of these treatments are carried out in very sensitive areas and a patch test is an imperative step to these treatments.

A Patch test appointment can be made 24-48 hours prior to your actual appointment, this appointment takes 10-15minutes. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is paid, however this amount is then deducted from the cost your first appointment. Alternatively if you are having another treatment i am happy to perform the patch test during this appointment so that at a later date if you decide to try them the test is done.

Changes in Medication or hormonal changes (i.e. pregnancy) can affect the likelihood of an adverse reaction and a subsequent patch test is required before further treatments.
