Travel

Through out Canberra and Queanbeyan a minimum appointment charge of $45 is applicable. This can be made up of any combination of treatments. If your total treatment value for an appointment is less than $50 a travel fee will apply to cover the difference.
I am happy to provide beauty treatments or makeup outside this area however a travel charge may apply. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Payments

Payments can be made in Cash or Via Card (Paypal) at the appointment.

A deposit may be required for groups/parties (including weddings) you will be advised of this when you book your appointment.

Patch Testing

Patch Testing is required for ALL first time Lash Extensions, Lash Perming and Lash/Brow Tinting Appointments.
This is non negotiable. No Patch Test, No Treatment.
The likelihood of a reaction is rare however all of these treatments are carried out in very sensitive areas and a patch test is an imperative step to these treatments.
A Patch test appointment can be made 24-48 hours prior to your actual appointment, this appointment takes 10-15minutes. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is paid, however this amount is then deducted from the cost your first appointment. Alternatively if you are having another treatment i am happy to perform the patch test during this appointment so that at a later date if you decide to try them the test is done.
Changes in Medication or hormonal changes (i.e. pregnancy) can affect the likelihood of an adverse reaction and a subsequent patch test is required before further treatments.
